		<description>Wow! this is indeed useful and timely. This is one shopping you can&#039;t cut out even when you don&#039;t have job. We all need to eat. I dread each time the fridge content lessens. I panic if I still still have enough money for next week&#039;s grocery.

May I add to your #2? Since most of us do our regular grocery in the same place (or two), which also means you know the place even in your sleep. It would help to make your list in  chronological shelf/aisle order. This will help you stick to your list and save time.

I also recently lost my job that&#039;s why I can relate to things like this. I also started a blog in my being jobless at htt://joblessnow.wordpress.com. I am hoping that this will help me vent and be a better person, even in this phase of my life. Thanks again for your very useful tips!</description>
